Providing manual therapy such as soft tissue & joint mobilization, traction, neural glides, ischemic compression to help improve one’s symptoms and overall quality of life
The use of thermal and electrical modalities for pain management
Education of various therapeutic exercises to help increase muscle function, coordination, endurance and mobility
Education of self-stretching strategies to increase soft tissue and joint mobility

Development of a home exercise program
