Reboot Integrative Wellness Center is a multidisciplinary healthcare provider established in 2015.  Born out of a lifestyle commitment towards improving overall health & wellness of mind, body, and spirit, Reboot places prime emphasis on integrating diverse therapeutic synergies to help achieve patient goals and greater quality of life outcome.  By blending holistic treatment strategies, our mission is simply to create and implement an individualized plan of care that meets the unique rehab needs of our patients in hopes to recover, restore, and “reboot” the human system back into homeostatic balance.
