Founder of Reboot Integrative Wellness Center, Steve is a licensed acupuncturist, physical therapist, and board-certified wound care specialist. He has been in clinical practice for over a decade and has developed an extensive knowledge of various treatment approaches to a variety of ailments.
The model of rehabilitation that Steve envisions is one that bridges the art and science of health & wellness through the harmonious integration of traditional, complementary, and alternative medicine. In this way, the shift from homeostasis during injury is given a holistic "Reboot" back towards health and harmony.
A graduate of St. Joseph's Preparatory H.S., Steve obtained his 1 ) Masters of Acupuncture at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies 2) Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware and 3) Bachelor's degree at New York University. Steve is also board-certified in wound care from the American Academy of Wound Management.
Co-owner & managing partner of Reboot, Dr. Shang was born in the beautiful city of Hefei, China and earned her bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Traditional Chinese Medicine College. She then relocated to Korea and received her Bachelor's in Health Management. In 2011, she received her Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
Dr. Shang is a certified provider of the Graston Technique, which is an innovative, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
Along with taking a holistic approach to rehab, Dr. Shang emphasizes patient education, ultimately giving them the tools necessary to take an active role in their recovery and preventing future injury.
As the newest co-owner and managing partner, Felicia’s involvement evolved Reboot into a majority women/minority owned business.
Felicia has been a licensed physical therapist for 30 years. She became passionate about movement and function of the body as a young dancer. This led her from the High School of Creative and Performing Arts to Beaver College, a.k.a. Arcadia University. Over the years, she has honed a unique skill set integrating exercise and manual therapy with a mindfulness approach.
Felicia’s areas of specialty include post surgical rehabilitation, orthopedics, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and lymph-edema management. She is high trained in breast cancer reconstruction, as well as, general rehabilitation for ventral trunk patients.
As a certified cannabis educator, Felicia developed an opioid reduction therapy model in addition to helping physicians & patients learn about the PA and NJ Medical Cannabis programs. Recently she expanded her tool box, becoming a certified yoga instructor and meditation teacher. These disciplines are integrated into her patient care plans.
Community service is important to Reboot and Felicia, therefore she hosts educational events for veterans and neighborhoods promoting stress management, cannabis education, mindfulness techniques and body awareness through movement.
Waleska is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with Indirect Supervision. Graduating from Harcum College in 2008 with a degree in science, she became a certified clinical instructor for other students attending the PTA program.
Waleska has extensive experience in the outpatient setting, specializing in in a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries. She also gained some of her knowledge and skills as an aquatic therapist treating a diverse population.
Dr. Phoebe Liu
Dr. Phoebe Liu is passionate in an integrative healthcare model of therapy and comes from an eclectic professional background. Dr. Liu was raised in Beijing China and currently a resident of the Mainline. She began her career in clinical research and pharmaceutical engineering and eventually obtained her doctor of chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport with special emphasis in orthopedics and neuromusculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Liu also has certifications in McKenzie Diagnosis and Therapy, Fascial Manipulation, Sole Supports and Orthotics and Rock Tape FMT Kinesiology Taping.
